We hold our classes in Burnaby at the Bonsor Recreational Complex, 6550 Bonsor Ave, located between Kingsway and the Metrotown Sky Train station just behind The Bay, east of Metrotown Centre.

Monday sessions are held in the front half of the downstairs gym. Head towards the reception desk, turn left and go down the stairs, turn left again at the bottom and head for the hallway.
Saturday sessions are held in the main floor Fitness Studio. Head towards the reception desk, turn left and walk past the stairs to the door at the end of the lounge.
