Membership
If you would like to give fencing a try, why not become a member! We have lessons on Mondays and Saturdays.

Call us for current membership fees which include personal one-on-one lessons. Fees can either be paid monthly or by 4 month session. There are fee discounts for active members and multiple family members.

To begin with, you don't need any fencing equipment as the club will supply most of what you need. The basic requirements are loose fitting clothes (track pants are preferred over shorts) and indoor court shoes. A water bottle is a good idea to avoid lineups at the fountain. Eventually, you will want to get your own equipment and our knowledgeable instructors will help you choose the best.

Fencing is physically comparable to squash as they both involve speed, timing, and endurance. Yet fencing is also comparable to chess in that strategy and decisiveness are of central importance.

There is information on fencing equipment, our class location, and any forms that might be needed before you start. You can find out more information using the links in the menu.
